Our online form is a convenient way for you to request a medication refill for your pet. This service is for our existing clients only and we will not provide medication refills for patients that have not been evaluated by our hospital.
We will contact you to clarify any details and to obtain payment, and again when your order is ready for pick up. Please note that medication orders must be collected within 7 days.
Please note:
- Medication refills are subject to the approval by one of our veterinarians.
- For legal reasons, we will need to have seen your pet in the past 6 months.
- Please allow 48 hours (2 business days) for our staff to verify with the veterinarian and prepare the refill.
- Special order medications can take 3-5 days to process.
